General customer technical support (int/ext) 

 1 Address customer inquiries 

 2 Product selection and general bearing design  

 3 Technical calculations (e. g. lifetime, pressfit, hydrodynamic) 

 4 Prepare technical proposals for customer  

 5 Feasibility analysis of Customer drawings/enquiries 

 6 Customer Drawing Maintenance & ECO (Engineering Change Orders) 

 7 Support APQP Process   

 8 Technical Support to Quality dept for customer complaints 

 9 Customer visiting to support sales and business 

 Knowledge Management Development for sales team  

 1 Build & share knowledge, train & coach 

 2 Record and share product success and failures  

 3 Input technical data, application details, visit reports, customer sample testing etc to CRM 

 4 Support competitor intelligence / competitor analysis  

 5 Write technical papers and report  

 Networking/ External interaction 

 1 Customer Visits and suzhou plant visits 

 2 Train and educate new employee and customer 

 3 Support GGB at exhibitions , conferences and customer seminar 

 4 Technical VOC interviews and data capture 

 Qualification 

 Must have 

 1  At least4 year experience in technical customer support or Product engineer/Application engineer 

 2 Understand GGB's key markets and applications (design principles, operating conditions, bearing requirements) 

 3 Good command on English (both oral and writing);  

 4 Addresses issues openly 

 5 Experienced in Engineering drawing interpretation and feasibility analysis 

 6 Engineering drawing capability (solid works, EPDM)  

 Nice to have 

 1 preferred experience with CRM 

 2 Brings creative and innovative solutins to the task at hand 

 3 Art of sales
