Digital Marketing Management:

？ professional projects execution with creative and strategic thinking, making right use of resources.

？ Clearly understand company strategy, business plan, communication plan/policies/guidelines;

？ Understand new trends & innovation in events area even whole communications field;
？ High-quality event project execution and cost control with efficient agency management.

？ Evaluate effectiveness of events, including link between communications activities and KPI’s
Support digital marketing strategies, plans and tools to meet business goal of the company

？ Drive Wilo China social media strategy across WeChat, LinkedIn, Weibo and other social channels.

？ Manage intranet and internet and lead pages maintenance

？ Work closely with HQ digital communication team to keep alignment and make local contribution

Qualifications and Requirements；

1. Above 5 years’ experience in marketing communication, preferred multinational enterprise in B2B industry.

2. Excellent writing skills in both English and Chinese, and fluent oral communications skills

3. Experience in social media and employer branding is a plus
4. To be very initiative with new ideas, and capable of driving the implementation of MARCOM plan.

5. Team work, open minded, adaptive and strong learning ability

6. Project management skill in planning, pushing vendors and others, and well structured
7. Knowledge of computer graphics tools

8. Hands on MS Office Standard-applications

9. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skill

10. Excellent writing skills in both English and Chinese, and fluent oral communications skills
