Job Summary

• Pro-active participation in and local project management for worldwide group IT projects

• Implementation of ICT projects, concepts and guidelines from the head quarter

• Providing IT support and administration for mageba APAC companies in functional and technical aspects

• Managing local IT partners

• Caring out integration tests and client acceptance

• Providing competent service, support, advice and supervision of our employees

• Managing repair, maintenance and inventory for APAC

• Training mageba APAC employees on hardware and software

• Localizing, analysing and solve hardware and software issues

                  

Requirements 

•   Education/training in computer science with university qualification

• At least 5 years of professional experience in an ICT support function and help desk for 1st and 2nd level support of ICT infrastructure

• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 8/10 and Office 2013/365

• Experienced in Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016, Active Directory, Exchange and general knowledge of network technology

• ITIL knowledge with respect to incident, service and change management

• Open-minded, communicative and proactive personality with focus to customer orientation

• Good understanding of process management as well as good general knowledge of computer science

• Very good English skills (verbal, written)
