1. Incoming raw material check/来料检验: To Inspect the raw materials based on SOP & Product Specification 按照检验标准和产品规格标准检验原材料
2. In-line production QLM/在线生产质量控制：

• To Supervise worker to make sure their operation is in line with SOP, and conduct product sampling inspection.
  检查生产线上工人的操作流程是否合规，并进行产品抽检。
• To inspect the Welding and sealing in the products
  检查产品缝边及封口的严密性和牢固性
• To inspect that the Quantity per carton is correct, and make sure that the pallet is matched for each type of products. 检查每一箱的产品数量的精确性以及产品的相对应的托盘尺寸的匹配情况；
• To inspect product packaging：general appearance of the products/labels/package printing esp. production date etc. 检查产品的外观/标签/包装印刷/生产日期等信息

• SOP Analysis & improvement: To do analysis on Manufacturing Process for outsourcing products and make improvement plan for product quality control制程分析和改进：应用统计数据和质量工具（如SPC），分析生产过程的状况，提出改进产品质量的措施；
• To make sure that the quality of each outsourcing product is in line with Absortech Product Specification.根据产品规范，确保外包产品符合Absortech的质量标准；
• To inspect the labels of all the outsourcing products to make sure the labels are matched for each type of products. 检查外包产品的标签的准确一致。

• To Support the R&D department by testing new materials, inclu. absorption agents, packing materials and other product materials. 支持研发部门关于新产品开发的测试工作，包括测试干燥剂原材料，包装材料以及其他相关的产品材料
• To record related testing result, and do the communication with overseas R&D Center for the final Test Analysis Report. 记录相关的测试报告结果，并与海外研发部门多作沟通联系并最终取得测试报告结果。

5. To handle the “Customer Complaint” cases & make solution plans for customers.

客户投诉分析和反馈，并最终给客户提供具体解决方案；

6. To update & archive SGS & SDS reports and share with related Departments periodically (Sales/MKT/Customer Service). 更新以及管理关于产品的相关检测报告（SGS报告以及SDS报告等），并定期发布给所有相关人员（销售部/市场部/客服部）

Requirements/ 任职要求：

1. 化工相关专业，大专及以上学历；

2. 品行端正、工作严谨认真、良好的沟通与协调能力，有强烈的上进心及责任感；

3. 年龄35周岁以下（特别优秀可适当放宽），男女不限；

4. 三年以上相关行业质量检验经验；

5. 英语水平良好；

6. 有外资及合资企业工作经历的优先；
