PURPOSE

According to medical strategy of respective treatment areas, assist in organizing and managing various medical activities, control medical activity budget and push effective implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Clinical Trial management including develops Area project timeline and project budget, and oversees the key deliverables, project milestones of their assigned project teams. 

2. Oversee 3rd party service. 

3. Serves as the primary contact for all China projects, intentional or non-intentional. Periodic onsite visits to key markets including China and Hongkong as Project needed. 

4. Provides project status updates. 

5.Manage and escalate project issues (technical, clinical, regulatory and business) and recommends project, process, or product improvements that address project issues or emerging risk. Proactively identifies any potential or actual delays and proposes prevention and mitigation plans. Drives resolution of any project issues (e.g. potential delays) & risks and engages the LOC Franchise Team(s) or Project Sponsors to drive resolution as needed. 

6.Manages the execution of the key functional deliverables within the project plan by leveraging Core and Extended Project Team members. Partners with all functions to ensure delivery of key project team activities against the critical path. Ensures their assigned projects meet key deliverables within project scope, timing and budget and meets project success criteria. Ensures project scope change requests are elevated early. 

7.Drives continuous improvements in Project Management (efficiencies and consistency). Implements best practices and facilitates lessons learned and new standards for the department. Drives successful innovation development and project launch for assigned projects with an understanding of how assigned projects support the key business needs for the category. Serve as the Project Management representative on TA teams in order to support Feasibility Assessments for key innovation ideas and new project proposals. 

QUALIFICATIONS

Level of Education  Bachelor Degree or above, Life Science, Administrative Management or Sales & Marketing background is preferred.

Working Experience in Relevant Field 5+ years of project administrative management experiences, Pharmaceutical MNC is preferred.

Professional Knowledge and Skills Skilled in using computer office software.

Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.

Excellent communication and coordination skills and organizing ability.

Strong conscientiousness.

Willing to accept challenge and work under high pressure.
