Key responsibilities：

- Responsible for gifting business development with assigned KPIs (Buying customer, sales, margin, growth target…)

- Make gifting assortment strategy based on market research & customer survey mainly in NF category

- Work top-down gifting assortment pool build up & product management via “score card”, welfare showroom assortment review und update mainly for gifting category

- Work top down W&G seasonal offer by hot offer (seasonal base as MAF/CNY/summer welfare…) mainly in NF category

- New sourcing mainly in gifting channel targeted for gifting needs mainly in NF category

- Cooperate W&G sales team by specific and tailor-made offer solution mainly in NF category

- Order process optimization through order type classification in NF category

- Stock management planning ( portfolio and seasonal based stock allocation) in NF category

- Cooperate with MKT team about on-line/off-line marketing strategy by innovational solution & products offering mainly in NF category

- Cooperate with showroom management on layout guidance & event support negotiation mainly in NF category

Skills:

- University degree and/or equivalent industry specific experience

- Substantial experience in customer marketing, gifting, buying in retail or B2B business related

- Welfare/gifting market understanding

- Understanding customer behavior in typical industries (i.e. government, Public service, Telecom, Banks, Factories…)

Ability to use computer, office programs and
database (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
