l As GMP document management process owner, maintain and improve GMP document management procedure at site, and ensure its compliance with applicable laws and regulations

作为GMP文件管理负责人，维护并优化GMP文件管理流程，确保工厂的GMP管理符合适用的法律法规

 

l Provide supporting/service  to JW plant GMP-related SOP maintenance, document archiving and management, such as:

为JW 相关GMP运营的SOP维护，文件归档和管理提供支持/服务, 例如

ü  Life-cycle Management of SOP& validation Documents:

SOP, 验证方案文件等的生命周期管理

ü  Issue of batch & analysis records during routine work

日常使用记录、批记录分发

l Inform Quality Management about significant issues that require escalation according to the internal requirements

按照内部要求，将重大隐患上报质量管理团队

 

l  Documentation文件工作

Perform documents (such as SOP) preparation.

执行有关文件（如SOP）的起草工作。

 

l Complete the other tasks assigned by senior leaders

完成上级领导交办的其它任务

任职资格：

●      Experience (may vary depending on site size/scope)

经验（基于工厂规模和范围可适当调整）

ü  3 or more years’ work experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry

3年以上制药或相关工厂工作经验

 

●      Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

知识、技能、能力

ü  Good accountability of GMP understanding and implementing.

良好的GMP理解贯彻能力。

ü  Knowledge and experience in production and quality management.

具有生产、质量管理的知识和经验。

ü  Well communication skill and good accountability of problem solving.

良好的沟通,解决问题的能力。

ü  PC skill/ PC技能:  MS Office
