职位描述
Reporting Line:
? Directly reports to: HR Director, Asia Pacific
? Functionally reports to: Plant GM
Overall Purpose of Job
? Work in partnership with the business to provide specialist coaching, support and influence that enable key clients to effectively deliver their people plans. Provide a consultancy service that delivers best practice and commercially focused HR solutions that support the business area in conjunction with specialist HR functions
Major Responsibilities
? Provide HR Business Partner support to the key client areas of Product Line, Program Management, Sales and BD, Purchasing and the other department and overseas in the first instance .
? Position the role of Business Partner as an integral part of the client management team by developing effective working relationships, influencing the senior management team on personal style and the development and delivery of their people plans in support of the achievement of the business area and HR strategies.
? Proactively gain client feedback to aid HR functions improve service levels and alert HR areas where an issue/project may impact on other areas
? Equip key clients with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage their people in line with their people plans e.g. performance management, career management etc
? Provide HR project management support and HR expertise to the business leaders with specific related projects
? Provide both transformational advice and transactional support throughout HR where required on change management initiatives, organizational / departmental restructures / job role design / outsourcing / redundancy situations in order to improve cost and efficiency, clarify accountabilities and empower delivery of great customer service.
? Implement TRW global and regional HR policies and procedures; be responsible for TRW HR system maintenances and support, including PeopleSoft, eQOS and EPDP.
? Assist HRD to consolidating and analyze China sites monthly HR report, such as the headcount, recruitment, turnover etc.
? Plan and execute employee activities such all Hands meeting, CEO Luncheon, annual dinner, casual Hours etc.
? Foster effective communication between employees and management, conduct regular Mini-ECI meeting and analyze the report, work with functional managers to carry out action plan to improve the scores.
? Manage and supervise Receptionist and office front desk administration.
Key Competencies
? Familiarity with HR procedure and process
? Good understanding of China Labor Law, local personnel, and labor regulations
? Must be computer literate i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
? Takes Initiative, is self-motivated, able to work as a team, and willing to work under pressure
Education & Work Experience
? Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources management or relevant subject
? Language: Good oral and written English
? Experience: 8 years experience or more in HR function; experience in multinational organization preferred
