Qualification:

· More than 10 years working experience in the instrumentation and control system engineering in Chemical and Petrochemical industry

· Foreign capital project engineering experience is preferred

· World class engineering company experience or Class A design institute working experience is a plus

· Fundamental understanding in instrumentation and control systems area

· Capable to deploy state of the art technology in instrumentation and control system engineering

· Good knowledge in normal practice ,local codes and international codes

· Proficient in using AutoCAD for drawing preparation

· Proficient in Smart Plant Instrumentation (Intools)

· Strong computer proficiency

· Fluent English in both written and oral.

· Good team work spirit and interpersonal skill.

· Good mobility , Can adapt long term assignment in project site during project construction and commissioning phase

· Bachelor degree in related engineering discipline.

Responsibility :

· I&C engineering deliverables preparation during project different phases, across Pre-FEED, FEED, Detai engineering, construction

· Instrument and automated valve sizing and selection

· Enquiry package preparation, bid evaluation

· Vendor drawing review

· FAT and SAT support

· Site construction and installation support

· Commissioning and start up support
