Responsibilities：

Determine the front-end tech stack and solution architecture based on business need

Act as the tech lead of web development

Define development work process and technical standards

Work on core system coding and code review

Coach and develop member technical skills

Manage web development team goal and member annual performance

Qualification：

Experienced in JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Vue.js or React.js

Experienced in HTML, CSS, responsive design and device compatibility

Experienced in SSR; experience in node.js is a plus

Over 5 years web development experience; over 2 years of vue.js or react.js

Experienced in front end performance tuning

Familiar with web development CI/CD practice

Over 2 years experience in team management of 5+ members

Bachelor and above degree
