Key Responsibilities:

• Prepares short and long term objectives and recommends their adoption to CEO.
• Develops and maintain a sound and scalable organization structure, and ensures capable management succession, particularly for the local staff
• Actively, purposefully and conscientiously groom and develop local staff, Cooperates with and judiciously keep informed, the CEO on a day to day basis, all aspects of the Company’s operations
• Provide leadership and direction while holding colleagues accountable for clearly achieving results
• Responsible for profitability of the organization.
• Responsible for hiring and supervising department members
• Build a strong organizational culture on teamwork, safety, corporate compliance, and sustainability
• Target top tier operational efficiency of the team, business processes and provide strategic direction to aggressively grow market penetration
• Maintain excellent working relationships with customers, suppliers, and local government officials

Knowledge, Skills, Experience:

• At least 15 years of working experience
• Minimum of 5 years‘ of management experience as COO or Operation director in a consulting company of at least 50 consultants
• Managed multiple functions in and operating company, proven success in managing all aspects of a business operation
• Strong leadership qualities with extremely good communication skills. Team player with strong people management skills
• Able to build/maintain customer relations and understand the Chinese competitive environment
• Rich experience projects delivery in e-commerce and data analytics
• Bilingual Chinese and English
• Willing to travel

Nice to have:

• Work experience in SAP hybris project
• Projects experience in business intelligence or big data analytics
• Native Chinese that have worked or studied long period in western countries
