1.负责提取现金，包括预约和提取.保管好银箱及银箱钥匙（钥匙必须随身携带）.

Be responsible for withdrawing cash, booking and withdrawing, keeping the deposit box and box' key (the key must be kept on your own body )

2.负责现金报销：审核、报销、编制记帐凭证、序时登入现金日记帐、日清月结、做到帐款一致. Be responsible for cash reimbursement: check and verify, compilate account proof, check the daily bank account,daily liquidation and make balancing of account and cash

3.负责奖金、加班费、值班费等的发放.并做好发放名单的回收及制册工作.

Be responsible for the bonus out-put, overtime payments and on-duty payments. Ensure the provision of the name lists and control books.

4.负责MRPII：现金、银行凭证的电脑输入.

Be responsible for MRPII：Put the cash evidence and bank proofs into computer system

5.销售收入、现金收入的解缴.

Hand over the sales and cash revenue

6.负责编制科目汇总表.

Be responsible for compilating the subject collection

7.负责MRPII：审核部分领料凭证，并粘贴领料单.

Be responsible for MRPII：check partially predicts of evidences , paste it to prediction form

8.负责各银行的对帐，保证余额正确.填制记帐凭证、序时登记银行日记帐、编制科目汇总表.

Be responsible for checking the account of every bank , ensure the balance is correct. Fill in and make account evidence, check in the bank daily account and compilate subject collection

9.负责严格控制空白支票的签发，不准签发空头支票.保管好印章、凭证、空白支票.

Be responsible for controlling the signing of a blank check strictly, forbidding to sign blank check, keeping the seal, evidence and blank cheque

10.负责出国人员的外汇提取手续及核销.

Be responsible for foreign exchange pick-up and cancelling procedure for the personnel who goes abroad

11.负责对外部联系,服务于各部门及银行.

Be responsible for the contact with external departments, provide service for every department and bank

12.对公司的有关业务数据负有保密义务.

You are commited to ensure the obligation of secrecy of data related to the company

岗位任职资格Qualification

1.文化程度：大专学历. Education: College or above

2.上岗资格证书：会计上岗证书. Qualification Certificate:Accounting qualification

3.英语、计算机要求：懂英语,熟练掌握在MRPII下的核算，办公自动化等. English and Computer skill : Know English .Master check on the MRPII and office automation
