工作职责:

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

l  Responsible for MRO sourcing, cover partial of production auxiliary material, such as glue, oil, refrigerant, lubrication etc.

主要负责MRO采购，包括部分生产辅料，例如胶水、润滑油脂、制冷剂等。

l  Monthly PPV (Procurement price variance) data monitoring, analyzing and controlling.

每月的采购价格差异监控、分析和管控。

l  Monthly spend data collecting, analyzing and controlling.

月度采购成本数据收集、分析和管控。

l  Price trend tracking and marketing survey conducting.

价格趋势跟踪及主导市场价格分析。

l  Support production and project purchase as required.

支持生产部门和项目采购的需求。

l  Strictly follow up standard works and company procedures to ensure all control points are captured during purchasing process.

严格按照公司的标准采购流程作业，确保所有的采购管控点都满足合规要求。

l  Set up and maintain supply database to keep driving supplier performance; 

供应商清单维护及供应商绩效管控。

l  Take lead on corrective and continuous improvement actions to improve customer  satisfaction and to meet their requirements

主动驱动流程的持续改善以满足和超越顾客的要求。

l  Keep proper documentation for all purchasing related activities;   

相关采购文件存档管理。

人员要求：

Qualification and Experience:

l  Bachelor’s Degree, at least 1 years working experience of purchasing, with the non-production procurement experience is preferred.

大专以上学历，至少1年的采购工作经验，有非生产采购相关的工作经验优先考虑。

l  Strong ownership and good communication skills;

责任心强及良好的沟通协调能力

l  Good inter-personalities (integrity, self-motivated, pro-active etc.), and must be a team player;

良好的个人自我驱动特质，团队合作能力

l  Good computer skills of Microsoft software;

熟练运用相关办公软件

l  Good system thinking capability.

良好的系统性思维

l  Familiar with e-sourcing software, with operation of ERP, SAP will be preferred.

熟悉相关采购软件操作，有ERP和SAP的操作经验者优先考虑
