POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for product label audit, Customs flow daily monitor, Shipping Planning of shipments ex China. This position is also responsible for 3PL daily operation management of China E-commerce business, work with 3PL service provider closely to monitor on KPI. To work with TP team and 3PL DC for on time orders processing and work out outbound schedule for efficient consumer delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Review & approve Guarantee card and care label layout for China & Hong Kong orders (fiber, care symbols, simplified Chinese, COO is present and correct per Bureau Veritas test report that should be sent by vendor in same email)

· Review outstanding orders that vendor did not comply vendor manual to submit layout, alert production team if seriously non-complied to AEO requirement

· Audit the labels on the products which are delivered to DC. If there is exception, revise per AEO layout

· Communications to vendors for domestic orders. Make sure China domestics orders is showing factory information on G-cards

· Follow up Import & Export (not often) Customs flow, including the document preparation and submission of Customs / CIQ applications, resolve the day-to-day Customs and CIQ related operation issues; work with freight service providers, Customs Brokers / IE agents to ensure on time delivery to DC

· Operate the shipping planning system to arrange the shipments ex China

· Follow up consumer’s daily orders and work with the TP team when there is after service call

· To be flexible for back up each other within the team

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or similar discipline

· 3+ years’ experience in Logistics, Brokerage or import & export industry.

· Knowledge of various applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

· Bi Lingual- English, Mandarin and or Cantonese

· 3PL or brokerage experience preferred

· Excellent organizational skills with ability to work well under pressure and deadlines A good team player
