工作职责 Main function of job

 

To initially set up this new facility as a progressive project. Starting off with 2off machines in year 1 and then a further 2 in year 2 and expanding on a selective moulding basis. This is to run both thermosets and thermos plastics.

 

Setting up full tool management system, covering storage, maintenance, repair, getting mould ready for use, introduction of new tools.

 

Set up, running and efficiency levels of all mould machines.

技能要求：

Tool and equipment used:

 Computer literacy high, CAD capability useful,

  Familiar with ERP and MPR systems and applications

 

学历要求：

Qualifications/education required

Educated to a high standard of mechanical or Electro/Mechanical

Experience required:

l  Minimum of 5 years relevant Moulding discipline, covering setting and tooling in both thermos set and thermos plastics.

l  Minimum of 3 years+relevant experience of Managing a moulding facility, which processes both thermos sets & thermos plastics

l  CAD/CAM experience desirable
