职位描述
§Lead Development Representative Team (LDR team) is the Demand Generation team.
- §The team is responsible for managing & qualifying inbound leads from phone or digital sources, identifying new demands through targeted outbound calling and working closely with sales and field marketing team for demand generation as well as deal acceleration in some situations.§The LDRs are located in their local countries so they can work very closely with local sales & marketing team, such as attending F2F meetings to provide more background of the leads passed to sales reps.§Riding on the advantage of localization, LDRs are also invited in some big events to help greet and meet customers on-site so they would know customers better and develop a stronger sense of belonging as a valuable team player
- §The LDRs are located in their local countries so they can work very closely with local sales & marketing team on their daily work.§There are two LDRs in each of the five CMTs in APJ, providing best support to the field team as well as backup each other when either one of the LDRs would be on leave. As such, they are trained not only on the specific PGs they are assigned, but the full product portfolio of Micro Focus products.§Though LDRs are located in different countries, we have regular catch up meetings organized by regional marketing operations for knowledge transfer and best practice sharing. Feedback from LDRs are positive.
- §When new LDRs comes onboard, a series of product, systems and process training are provided to each LDR (at least 10 hours):
- §Product trainings by the six PGs, including phone call soft skill training, competitive selling skill and objection handling skills
- §Lead Management & House Keeping in SFDC & Pivotal
- ?How to qualify and assign leads to sales reps
- ?How to pick up, work with new leads and clean up junk leads with help of available online reports
- ?How to avoid common mistakes…etc
- §Marketing Team’s KPI and LDR individual KPI (including LGO, LGW, MIO, MIW definitions)
- §How to view and use available online and offline reports
- §How to search for on demand training courses in sales enablement portal
- §Product trainings organized by global product marketing team
- Requirement:
- Excellent cold call skills and be comfortable to make outbound calls all the day
- 3-5years work experience
- Good written English and speak English
- Prefer to have candidates who have worked for software company
