Position: HR Generalist, (via CIIC employment)

Report to: HR Manager, AI Manufacturing and Chemical Tech Center

Location: AIC Shanghai

Scope:

HR Operation support to CTC and AIC Procurement team.

Major Accountabilities:

• Take charge of talent acquisition process: position posting, CV screening, 1st round interview, interview coordination, recruiting offer letter preparation, pre-onboard process.

• Handle onboard and off board process to ensure the compliance with local law and regulation; Probation tracking and coordination.

• Maintain SAP database, deal with data validation, HR regular reports.

• Labor contract management, p-file, employees’ attendance and leave records.

• Payroll and savings plan management, deal with Mercer survey and support annual people cost budgeting process.

• Support training program implementation and coordinate new hire training.

• Support employee shanghai residence application and employee relations related.

• Ad Hoc tasks

Qualifications

• BS or BA with about 3 yrs experience in HR function

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Diligent, good learning agility, integrity

• Good English proficiency.
