Job Responsibility

· Good understanding of the business strategy and its implications for talent acquisition

· Liaise with HRBP/Line managers/Talent Partner to gain insight into the short/mid/long term business needs

· Responsible for search of external talent pools to ensure suitable candidates are timely connected, assessed and acquired

· Use data-based evidence to address hiring manager expectations about the labor market and recruiting process

· Prepare a list of potential candidates and initiate discussions with Talent Partner to ensure quality of posting and create longlist and shortlist

· Effectively partner with the GBS team to ensure all coordination with candidates/hiring managers run smoothly and efficiently (job posting, candidate scheduling, job offer processing, etc.)

Job Requirement

· 3-5 years’ experience with recruiting including job brief, developing sourcing strategy, candidate sourcing through all channels and new channel development.
Demonstrated success with various recruiting techniques, familiar with Sales Function and Engineering Function’s recruitment

· Knowledge of CRM tools and experience leveraging the tool to source candidates as well as manage relationships

· Skilled use of MS Office, good command of English

· Above one year working experience in headhunting firm will be a plus
