Main Purpose

This position is to work closely with logistics procurement, supply chain team and commercial unit to develop Supplier Relationship Management including performance management and value creation and lead projects & database management and iso-tank management in APAC.

Main Responsibility

1.     Be a competency leader on Supplier Relationship Management including developing

      SRM strategy, roadmap, providing training to team etc. in APAC

2.     Interface with global SRM leader to align global direction adoption in APAC,

Provide APAC feedback and develop regional initiatives

3.     Work with procurement and supply chain team on supplier segmentation and develop

   SRM activities with regional potential strategic and other key suppliers at regional and

   CU level.

4.     Lead SRM implementation in the region including best practice sharing, supplier  

performance management, and value creation initiatives development and

management.

5.     Lead regional PMO and interface with global category leaders on project management

for both procurement and trade governance in APAC.

6.     Develop regular project review and monitoring process etc. to assure project delivery

7.     Develop data analysis competency in the region and provide data analysis support to

  Team

8.     Lead iso-tank management and planning and have experience on iso-tank

  International and country regulation and Corteva management policy.

Requirements:

I.              Degree with preferred focus in business or Logistics and/or equivalent work

  experience.

II.             Supply chain or logistics experience is required.

III.           Have logistics procurement experience

IV.           Have working experience on iso-tank management and planning including

iso-tank maintenance, import & export etc.

V.            Motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills, attention to detailed and a positive attitude.

VI.           Strong multi-tasking and data analytical skills along with the ability to work in fast paced, ever changing environment.

VII.          Ability to work in a team environment and coordinate and lead meetings.

VIII.        Ability to develop, analyze the data for continuous improvement.

IX.           Accountable for excellent communication both verbal and written to all suppliers,

  businesses.

Six Sigma GB certified is preferred.
