岗位职责：
1、独立负责汽车行业的客户开发，包括接洽、谈判、协商并促成异业合作，完成公司销售业绩；
2、为客户提供整合营销方案，进行商务谈判，对潜在客户进行定期跟踪，定期提交进度报告；
3、将客户需求准确的传达给内部创作团队，有效衔接并协调公司内部各部门在项目实施过程中的配合；
4、协调跨部门间的关系，确保项目的顺利进行；
5、负责建立客户信息档案和管理工作，及时有效地为客户提供高品质服务以保证客户满意度；
6、进行市场调查、竞争对手研究、营销策划等，并能提供相关市场信息和开拓市场的建设性意见。
任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历，25-30岁，3年以上汽车行业客户广告营销服务经验；
2、具备独立开发客户能力，有成功的客户开发及项目落地经验，有汽车品牌客户资源，熟悉行业媒体、广告的合作流程，能独立负责汽车行业的销售管理工作；
3、具备良好的合作洽谈能力及后期服务沟通，对于品牌合作有着深刻的理解，具备一定的独立思考和问题解决能力，能够拥有独立处理突发事件的能力；
4、良好的快速学习兴趣和能力，能独立撰写和当面沟通/演示营销需求类企划方案者优先；
5、具备强烈的工作责任心和团队合作精神，抗压能力强；
6、身体健康，性格开朗，品格端正。

上班时间：9:30-18:00；周末双休，法定节假日休息；
