Job Responsibility:

  

岗位职责

  

1. Complete independently or lead the team to complete the design project. 独立完成或领导团队完成设计项目的管理和运作。

  

2. Follow up the projects and control the progress of the projects in a smooth and timely manner. 及时跟进项目，控制项目进度。

  

3. Communicate effectively both with clients and team members 沟通客户与团队成员

  

4. Predict the risk of the project to ensure the project budget and cost are under control. 预估项目风险，确保项目预算和成本得到控制。

  

5. Assist commercial department for the program collection and support related business matters. 协助商务部收集和支持相关业务事宜 6. Hands-on Design: Help resolve complex technical/design issues for urban plan projects. 设计工作：协助解决城市规划项目中复杂的技术/设计问题。

  

 

  

Job Requirement:

  

职位要求

  

1. Bachelor or Master degree in Urban Planning. 城市规划专业，学士或硕士学历。

  

2. 4-8 years’ experience as an urban planner.  With project management experience is a plus. 城市规划师相关经验 4 到 8 年，有项目管理经验者更佳。

  

3. Advanced technical ability.  优秀的技术能力

  

4. Familiar with concept planning, urban design and constructive detailed planning. 熟悉概念规划、城市设计、修建性详细规划等规划类型。

  

Familiar with cultural travel planning is a plus. 熟悉文旅规划者更佳

  

5. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English and Chinese, both verbally and in writing. 能够用英文和中文进行清晰和简明的口头和书面交流。

  

6. Registered urban planner preferred 注册城市规划师更佳
