This is a great time to join PPD China. Currently PPD is recruiting for a Feasibility Strategy Manager for our Site Intelligence & Activation (SIA) department. This is an individual contributor role.

Essential Functions
1. Oversees the setup and conduct for allocated feasibility studies according to timeline and quality standards and client expectations.
2. Leads internal planning meetings and contribute to client KOM and interim teleconferences.
3. Collaborates on the development of initial site list development (initial site prioritization).
4. Ensures accuracy and quality of survey driven data, including review and QC of departmental deliverables at all stages of the feasibility conduct.
5. Oversees and analyzes project status to ensure successful completion of milestones, timelines and deliverables.
6. Liaises with the global, cross-functional team, inclusive of legal, biostatistics, CM and PM.
7. Works with team to identify potential risks and out of scope activity; discusses contingency plans with strategist and/or PM.
8. Manages project budget hours for the team.
9. Ensures team is entering and updating internal tracking tools.
10. Develops best practices for feasibility conduct.
11. Develops and delivers training of feasibility requirements/processes.
12. Allocates staff to projects and manage workload assignments and priorities.
13. Conducts regular performance appraisals and career discussions with staff.
14. Effectively recruits, inducts and retains staff.
15. Contributes to the development, testing and maintenance of the feasibility system.

Education and Experience:
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years).
