运营工作（项目组运营支持）：

1. 审核项目预/结算单，保证与IB系统一致；

2. 审核项目组所提交单据，查票，核对IB系统并登记各类数据；

3. 负责项目立项、单据制作及项目报告的收集；

4. 负责客户&供应商合同整理、盖章及归档；

5. 负责每月一次排款的提报及处理付款特批事宜；

6. 负责与财务运营部沟通业务部门遇到的各类财务运营问题。

出纳工作：

1. 负责各类付款、报销及每月工资发放等事宜；

2. 负责开票及月末***认证事宜；

3. 负责IB系统单据审批及付款凭证的制作；

4. 整理每月做账所需单据给财务，协助财务进行公司财务工作；

5. 完成领导交代的其他各类事情。

任职要求：

1. 大专及以上学历，会计或财经专业；

2. 3年以上出纳、运营、财务工作经验，持有会计上岗证或会计初级职称证书；

3. 熟悉国家法律、法规、企业会计准则和税收政策；

4. 要能掌握一些基本的Excel函数应用；

5. 工作细心谨慎、思路清晰、责任感强、要有抗压能力、吃苦耐劳的精神；

6. 必须具备良好的团队合作精神，非常擅长对外沟通协调；

7. 灵活、开朗、情商高、能迅速融入团队。
