职位描述
What do we expect you to do?
You will become a member of the ALDI China IT team, responsible for providing help desk support and for various functions.
Your responsibilities will be:
? Support on selection and contracting of outsourced service providers
? Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
? Field incoming help requests from end users via both telephone and work orders in a courteous manner, respond to queries either in person, over the phone or via email and follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved
? Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and frequently asked questions resources on the Internet to aid in problem resolution
? Record, track, and document the help desk request problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, through to the final resolution
? Prioritize and schedule problems, and escalate problems (when required) to the appropriately experienced technician
? Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software for users
? Maintain daily performance of computer systems and run reports to avoid malfunctions that continue to occur
? Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems and apply diagnostic utilities to aid in troubleshooting
? Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems
? Perform and test hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications
? Liaise with service provider to ensure that systems backup is run periodically, and errors are identified and remediated promptly
? Sometimes requires English communications with ALDI International IT (2nd line IT support) to resolve Email gateway server and encryption related support issue
? Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization
? Perform related duties consistent with the scope and intent of the position

What do we want you to have?
We hope that you will have bachelor degree above degree, major in Information Systems, Computer Science, or comparable formal technical training and certification; or equivalent work experience. We hope you will have at least 3 years’ working experience in hardware/software trouble shooting and providing hands-on training , extensive application support experience is highly preferred.
We hope you will have Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Business proficiency in English is a must. You will have the flexibility and openness to foreign cultures and willing to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
? Profound capabilities of:
o Desktop operating systems including Windows 10, and Mac OS X
o Windows Operating System version10, Office 365, basic Windows software and apps, VPN, firewalls and networking protocols
o Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), PC Windows Image Standardization Management, Microsoft Office365 online exchange management, Email encryption and company owned phone central management via MobileIron portal
o Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities
? Desirable Knowledge / Skills:
o Knowledge of retail and logistics business operations for which the enterprise architecture is being developed
o Comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, application, and systems engineering
o Knowledge of IT governance and operations
o Knowledge of financial modelling as it pertains to IT investment
o Project and program management planning and execution skills
o Understanding of COBIT, ITIL, and other IT governance standards
