主要工作职责

    

1.      负责备份系统管理，调研和分析备份要求，实施备份工作，完成年度的演练工作；

    

2.      负责存储和SAN网络的管理，完成需求的评估和实施；

    

3.      负责虚拟化环境的管理，完成虚拟环境的配置管理和虚拟机分配；

    

4.      管理数据中心的设备及人员的进出记录，维护管理公司的基础设备（UPS，空调，综合布线等）；

    

5.      负责单种或多种基础设施设备在生产/测试环境中的应用，编写技术文档并培训其他组员。

    

6.      执行、分析并拆解上级下达的任务，有效掌控任务执行的各个环节，对任务进行细化分发给组内成员，并完成整体实施。

    

7.      对职责范围内所有的技术和管理事项提出优化方向，并生成解决方案向上级汇报。

    

8.      恰当并有效地管理供应商的SLA，审阅并确认供应商的维护月报，以确保公司业务的顺利运行。

    

    

岗位要求

    

1.      计算机或相关专业本科学历以上

    

2.      5年以上基础架构管理或运维经验  

    

3.      具备作为项目组长或项目经理的工作经验

    

4.      精通备份，存储相关操作与基本架构原理，具有NBU的管理经验优先。

    

5.      熟悉虚拟化架构，虚拟化平台各组件功能。具有VCP优先。

    

6.      熟悉服务器硬件管理、灾备以及主流软件或设备等服务器基础架构相关技术规划、部署、实施及后期维护。

    

7.      熟悉机房构建和管理。

    

8.      工作认真细致、愿意在周末或者晚上加班。

Main Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for backup system management，research and analysis the requirements  of backup, implement backup job. Complete DR drill annually.
2. Responsible for storage and SAN management, complete requirements assessment and Implementation.
3. Responsible for virtualization management，complete configuration and management of vSphere, deploy virtual machine.
4. Manage the access records of equipment and personnel in the data center. Maintain and manage company infrastructure device. (UPS，A/C，Cabling etc.)
5. Responsible for the configuration of single or multiple infrastructure equipment in production/test environment, compiling technical documentation and training other team members.
6. Execute, analyze and break down tasks from superiors, effectively control all aspects of task execution, refine tasks and re-assign task, complete the overall mission.
7. Optimize all technical and management issues within the responsibility and build solutions to report to superiors.
8. Manage vendors’ SLA appropriately and effectively, review the monthly reports from vendors to ensure the smooth running of the business.

                                    

    

Qualification:

1. IT or IT related bachelor degree or above
2. With 5 years + of infrastructure management or operation experience
3. Proven experience in team leadership or project management
4. Proficiency in backup & storage operation, good at related principle. NBU skill will be a plus.
5. Proficiency in virtualization architecture and function of virtualization module. VCP will be a plus.
6. Familiar with server hardware management, DR technology, popular hardware and popular software, implementation, deployment and maintenance.
7. Familiar with server room infrastructure and operation
8. Details-oriented, and willing to work at weekend
9. Able to read and write basic English
