Job Description：

Participate in daily IT operations. The role involves providing strong acknowledge of IT support in BIO Hangzhou site. Ability to liaise with global operation team and implement solutions for Hangzhou users. Closely follow up the guidance from global operation team

Qualifications：

- Very good Oral and written communication skills in English 

- Ability to work as a team player as well as independently

- Proactive and shows initiative in completing projects/tasks with little supervision

- Strong communication skill with end user and team member

- Strong interpersonal skills to resolve problems in a professional manner, negotiate and create consensus

- Ability to prioritize and multitask workload 

- Ability to work with remote team members

- Strong self-learning attitude 

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Willingness to support

Professional/Technical Skills

- Very good sense of IT lifecycle management

- Wealth of experience in system migration, upgradation and integration. Better to manage such projects for over 1000 users.

- Experience on global operation management

- experience on network technology (Switch, Router, Load Balance, etc)

- experience on virtual hosting technology e.g. VMware, Hyper-V is nice to have  

- Knowledge in IT architecture and security
