Information Technology Department, responsible for IT infrastructure and application system. 

 

Independently undertake the administration of the users’ computers, network and application software operations, to ensure the normal operation and use of user desktop systems, to solve all kinds of technical failures, IT assets procurement and management, budget and expenditure statistics, to provide user IT training.

 

What You’ll Do

IT administrator responsibilities are as follows:

？   responsible for the end user support & helpdesk, network printers and other hardware maintenance and software updates;

？   Participate in the IT procurement, price comparison and asset management, contract flow processing,

？   IT information security management, virus protection and killing, network port management, wireless password security settings;

？   Meeting support for office AI devices and meeting facilities,  

？   Basic server hardware and software maintenance, server room daily check ;

？   Research and collation of application needs of various departments to find solutions;

 

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

？   In accordance with the company's group information standards, the implementation of various types of hardware and software updates and maintenance;

？   Participate in the annual IT budget formulation and procurement, complete the monthly budget expenditure statistical update;

？   Responsible for company information security and risk control, desktop system virus detection and prevention and maintenance;

？   Responsible for IT asset management and equipment maintenance, office smart equipment application support;

？   Server file rights management and domain account maintenance, and daily tape backup check;

？   Responsible for the IT account maintenance  , computer and other equipment preparation and provide relevant training;

？   Daily server room inspection, server and network equipment troubleshooting;

 

Who You’ll Work With

Directly report to the local Finance controller, dot line (functionally) report to local company's IT manager (if any), or regional IT manager. Also He/She is part of the regional IT team, participating in regional IT projects. Provide service to all users, and offer the latest and practical IT technology applications to promote the company's business development
