职位描述:
1、 配合培训经理进行实施培训工作；
2、 配合培训经理制定培训计划并组织实施，监控培训过程，评估培训效果，组织培训考核；
3、 熟悉培训管理及组织开发培训课程，独立完成部分课程的开发，内部讲授；
4、 组织及推进业务部门进行业务培训课程设计、执行；
5、开展企业文化建设。  
任职资格:
1、两年以上培训工作经历，对企业培训管理有系统的了解和实践经验积累，有企业内部大学运作经验者优先；
2、全日制本科及以上学历，力资源管理、教育等相关专业优先；
3、较强的组织协调能力、人际交往能力、沟通能力、表达能力及写作能力；
4、熟练掌握各种办公软件。
