Job Responsibilities
1. To be responsible for arranging monthly shop production schedule in according to master demand planning, which pulls production capacity demand and materials delivery requirement.
2. Making production capacity planning analysis, understand to balance production capacity for each cell by rescheduling seasonal demand at foreseeable coming months.
3. Deploying month production schedule into daily production orders, release and distribute production orders to the production cells . Review and make sure all released production orders are materials available.
4. Weekly comparing actually production output to scheduled one with a variances of volume, find out the impacted factors inside, create a report to product team manager, copy to master planner and production manager as well.
5. Organizing weekly production planning meeting, introduce to order fulfillment results and current week new orders implementation. Coordinate to master planner for any change request for order implementation including time and volume variance. Coordinate materials buyer for all potential or occurred materials delay or shortage.
6. Supporting production manager for lean manufacturing implementation by problem solving due to frequency of production order changes, percentage of materials shortage, balance of capacity problems and so on.
7. Supporting master planner for targeting on- time customer delivery, reviewing order history of customers, understanding marketing demand curve, forecasting potential increase from customers.
8. Other related assistant work for product team.

Requirements
1. Above college degree, major in business administration or engineering or close.
2. 3 years above working experience of production planning management in manufacturing industry.
3. A good knowledge and experience of ERP applications, such as SAP, mfg/pro and so on but SAP is preference.
4. A certain knowledge and experience of capacity analysis and planning.
5. Good coordination ability in people communications, motivating, team work, and problem solving.
6. Excellent in focusing on detail and professional approach in timely implementation of production orders.
7. Good written and spoken English is preference.
8. Familiar with Word, Excel and Power point application.
