Job Discription:

1. Assists users to run their computing systems, especially in case of issues.

2. Ensure that PCs, OAs, and related IT equipment are functioning properly and provide technical support in the event of a failure.

3. Ensure timely tracking of materials and software inventory, update management and maintain equipment inventory management.

4. Ensures installation, deployment and effective operating of computing equipment for users, in compliance with current company procedures.

5. Ensures to provide timely troubleshooting after receiving the user's request (1st level).

6.Ensure that user service requests are recorded in the background service system in a timely manner.

7.Ability to independently collect, organize and improve user needs.

8.Ability to accurately analyze and determine faults and transfer repair requests to competent technicians and administrators.

9.Ability to independently write IT-related user manuals, training materials and reports.

10.Ability to independently complete system or application evaluation and implementation.

11.Has good expressive ability and can provide IT related training for users.

12.Can arrange a business trip to the branch for on-site IT project implementation.

Qualifications：

1.Professional IT hardware and software knowledge: server, network, computer equipment, operating system, computer room facilities, etc.

2.Familiar with the installation and configuration of common services on the Windows Server platform.

3.Understand the basic principles and configuration of network switches and routers.

4.Good communication and coordination skills with English listening, speaking, reading, writing.

5.Strong work responsibilities and teamwork skills

6.Strong independent analysis and problem solving skills

7.Computer related major, full-time undergraduate degree or above.

8.More than 3 years of IT technical support work experience.
