1. Finance

- Check invoices and application for reimbursement

- Filling purchase payments lists.

- Prepare monthly input VAT report and Input VAT invoice verification

- Sort out certificates, invoices, license documents and financial cabinet

- Give assistance to the application of payment and the cash flow register

- Print bank reconciliation and all kinds of reports

- Scan documents and deal with express delivery

- Other tasks assigned by Finance Director

2. Admin& Operation:

- In charge of office staff recruitment, personnel files mgt

- Payroll / bonus & commission preparing and checking

- HR forms type-in and preparation

- Office daily necessities / stationery purchase and booking

Take care of general office affairs, docs management, asset management and interior support

- ERP system mgt & type in, set up and perfect internal database system & report system

- Assist in preparation of pre-opening of stores, renovation matters incl follow up construction quotation / contract / schedule & opening date

- In charge of store branch company registration and business license application

- In charge of patent application, registering domestic / international trademarks

KEY COMPETENCES & SKILLS

Requirements: 

? University graduate or above.

? 2-3 years related working experience is preferred.

? Result-orientation, able to deliver high quality result during daily work.

? Strong responsibility sense and positive working attitude

? Fluent in speaking and reading English. Good oral English is a plus.

? Solid Micro-soft skills is a plus
