Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following：

? New product development

? New technology research.

? Must be able to propose improvements in programs or operations to ensure product and production quality.

? Capable of taking emergency actions or measures to address abnormal design quality, while tracking results to prevent future occurrence.

? Position responsibilities include the creation and distribution of material BOM and related technical documents.

? Oversee the evaluation, validation and implementation of engineering changes.

? Implementation new product design and development.

? Will consult on drawings and technical data to ensure consistent management.

? May be required to source new materials and apply materials to new product development.

? Lead development of manufacturing capabilities as well as technical competences of the company and the R&D team

? Approve BOMs and technical production drawings.

? Ability to solve problems of manufacturing of new materials, seeks opportunities for improvements and implements solutions required to improve materials and materials production processes.

? Conducts research in laboratory and commercial scale environment.

? Manages scale-up of materials production facilities.

? Fosters collaborative relationships within industry and related industries and partners.

? Interfaces with external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers in conjunction to develop scope, schedule, and cost to meet objectives of R&D projects.

? Diligently communicates progress and results through written technical reports, presentations, patents, and publications.

Education and/or Experience：

Engineering degree from a four-year college required. Master’s degree preferred.

At least 5 years’ work experience in a manufacturing environment.

Expert use of CAD and other drawing software.

Strong theoretical knowledge.

Practical technical work experience.

Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
