Job Description:

1. Supervise work of production operators during shift operation to achieve production out put target. 

2. Manage and improve labour, material and energy usage.

3. Make sure that all machines running with standard parameter and standard condition.

4. Ensure internal and external regulations, procedures & policies and apply them fairly and consistently.

5. Ensure that a high quality of products, services, housekeeping and hygiene standards are maintained and improved in production line.

6. Review shift achievement of targets. 

7. Actively participate and evaluate on weekly variance meeting and make corrective action.

8. Coach, mentor and develop team members to meet current and future business requirements and identify training needs and insure that adequate training is implemented.

9. Training the operators for new technical issues.

10. Ensure the development and implementation of action plans to address root causes of failures and support continuous improvement initiatives.

11. Ensure that safety aspects and regulation are fully implemented.

12. Ensure that CCP/OPRP in production are fully control and closely monitor the record. 

13. Actively participate in NCE, TPM, NQMS, HACCP , GMP and ‘5S’ program.

14. Actively review individual performance in production

15. Strictly comply to all internal and external Safety, Health and Environment regulations and / or requirements during shift running.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor of science or above;

2. Fluent in English;

3. Excellent MS-Office capacity;

4. Familiar with the NQMS/HACCP/GMP and the performance of production;

5. Have relevant knowledge of QA, organization and management ability.
