The Technical Sales Manager collaborates closely with kitchen planners/consultants and 

provides technical information as well as trainings. He/she has a strong technical and sales 

competence in the kitchen environment, ideally in the kitchen planning. He/she is supporting 

Sales with his/her technical expertise and he/she is the contact person for strategic planning 

partners. In his/her function he/she is the main contact point for Corporate Product 

Management: 

Tasks:

> International Planner Management 

. Contact person for local planers 

. Development of planer business in cooperation with sales and corporate 

planner/consultant manager 

. Plan and perform local planner/consultant events 

. Development /localization of training concepts and conduction of trainings 

. Support and independent processing of planner/consultant requests 

. Direct support of important strategic specialist planners/consultants 

> Technical Sales Support and local portfolio administration 

. Administration of the RATIONAL portfolio in the country / area in close 

corporation with product management in headquarter 

. Documentation, consolidation and analysis of market trends and studies 

of competition including performing of local benchmarks in conjunction 

with central Market Intelligence Team 

. Specification of product requirements based on customer and market 

requirements 

. Localization and introduction of sales documents with technical focus 

. Expansion of technical target-group-oriented communication in 

collaboration with Marketing 

. Conducting technical trainings for local sales force 

. Technical expert and supporter for local sales force and national key 

account managers
