岗位职责

1、协助采购经理进行采购方面的工作；

2、编制采购单发送给供应商，和供应商协商价格；

3、跟踪供应商材料的进度，保证在约定的时间段内按时按量交货；

4、月头根据供应商上月的送货单及我们的入库单和客户对账单，对账单核对无误后通知供应商开票；

5、完成领导交办的其他任务。

任职资格

1、熟练办公软件；

2、熟悉采购流程，良好的沟通能力、谈判能力和成本意识；

3、工作细致认真，责任心强，思维敏捷，具有较强的团队合作精神。
