Scope of Job：

This position is responsible for but not limited to sales in wind power market (products include: Hydraulic filters, replacements, Automatic filter, Air filters etc.).

Main Accountabilities:

4. Negotiation with customer for commercial issues (annual prices, account receivable) and signing the agreement / contract according to business need;

5. Be the window person of our company to customer, coordinate all related activities with customers, include but not limited to engineering change request, delivery problems, after sales service, claims etc;

6.  Achieve assigned annual sales target.

7. Carry out market research and identify potential customers and products to be developed/promoted, Collect business related information of competitor, customer and market;

8. Provide timely sales forecast to support sales and production planning;

9.  Support marketing activities such as market analysis, trade shows, etc.;

10. Validate all commercial proposals and implement company business policies such as code of conduct;

11. Other tasks on short notice from company;

Professional Competence:

1. At least 3-5 years sales & application experience in wind power market, preferable with the experience in filtration / wind turbine / lubrication system / gear box manufacturers which are related to wind power industry.

2. Basic business intelligence & analysis skill

3. Basic experience of distribution management.

Personnel Competence:

1. A bachelor degree or above in engineering, or related field.

2. Good English skills in oral, reading and writing.

3. Good presentation and communication skills

4. Good business acumen and negotiation skills

5. Result-orientated working style

6. Can work under pressure
