Job Description:   

• Leading Program buyer to tracking the progress of Program sourcing to make sure all project sourcing on time and the price under approved APR/PAR.

• Leading Program buyer work in RFQ project to make sure all qualified output submit on time;

• Leading plant buyers to achieve intended task regularly, support plant to solve supplier hot issue;

• Proper preparation for internal audit, submit related documents on time, try the best to get faultless result;

• Based on the request from internal auditor or updated global process to draft and issue revised China purchasing process, contract / Purchasing order nonscheduled which final approved by purchasing director;

• Focus on team development and driving diversity efforts through talent acquisition and succession planning.

• Coordination with other departments and plants to improve business performance.

• Other task assigned by line manager

                

Qualification:

• BS/BA or equivalent experience.

• Over 5 years working experiences include 2+ years supervisor or above management experience in Program / NPI Management, ability to lead a decentralized team.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, ability to communicate with cross function in highly productive, constantly changing environment;

• Commodity Purchasing / cost analysis experience is preferred.

• Automotive/Manufacturing Industry background is required.

• Advanced PC skills (spreadsheets, ERP) is required
