Process Engineer – Fabrication Technology

Role & Responsibilities/岗位职责 

l  理解客户需求以及设计方案; 参与产品设计（包括设计更改）

l  生产所需要的图样、技术资料的管理，编制必要的作业指导

l  根据生产需要，设计制作工装模具，并确保工装模具及时就位； 准备必要的工具、刀具、辅材以确保生产连续高效运行

l  编制物料主数据，并及时梳理物料的需求清单，参与编制备料计划; 水切割、激光切割等工序的切割排版，提高材料利用率; 跟踪并推动SCM物料供应的进度

l  产品包装方案的制定及落实

l  必要时前往材料供应商或外协供应商进行工作协调

l  对操作员进行培训，以形成制造能力，落实工艺设计

l  主导在制品不合格项目的评审，并进行解决

l  对生产中的工艺问题以及临时更改进行管理

l  参与新设备的选型、设备启动以及既有设备的维护改造等工作

l  必要时前往客户端参与安装调试

Quality & Background/岗位要求

l  大专或以上学历，工科类专业. College degree, majored in engineering

l  3年以上材料、工程设计或质量管理的工作经验 3+ years work experience on material engineering, mechanical design or quality management.

l  对ISO9001标准及质量管理体系有良好的认识 Good understanding on the ISO9001 standard and the quality management system.

l  具备良好的英语能力 Qualified English skills

l  乐于学习适应，并适合积极改进 Be willing to study new knowledge, adapted to new work flow and good altitude to improvement
