职位描述

1. The Demi chef is responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting food as per his given instructions according to the established standards and executes accordingly.

厨房领班职责是根据指示并按照工作标准去准备、加工和提供食品。

2. Cooks, prepares and bakes food for guests as per the standard recipes and ensure that Commis 1, 2, Kitchen Helper or Trainees are using them.

确保COMMIS 1/2 厨房帮工或实习生正在操作根据标准食谱卡、为客人准备和制作食品。

3. Follows the outlined standard and procedures precisely.

严格遵守本部门的标准及程序

4. Maintains high standards of personal hygiene, grooming and presentation.

保持高标准的个人卫生及形象。

5. Respect the Hygiene procedure and basics procedures.

尊重卫生程序和基本程序。

6. Always maintains high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in the kitchen, storage, Fridge’s and freezers.

高标准地保持工作区域、存储区域、保鲜及冷冻冰箱的食品卫生、干净和整洁问题。

7. To comply with all restaurant and Safety and security guidelines

遵守餐馆所有的安全指导方针

8. Attends all scheduled training at his, her level.

参加所有相应级别的培训。

9. Adheres and ensures that all policies and procedures, and Staff handbook regulation.

坚持和保证遵守所有的政策程序，和员工手册。

10. At all the times you should carries in your pocket a note book in order to write down any recipes or new cooking methods.

在所有的时间你应该在你的口袋里携带一个笔记本为了写下任何食谱或新的烹饪方法。

11. Check the mise en place before any service.

在任何服务前检查物料到齐。

12. Check that all the fridge are clean and proper stored.

检查所有冰箱清洁及妥善存放。

任职资格：

1、At least 3 years relevant experiences

至少有3年相关经验。

2、Has in-depth knowledge in western cuisine

深入了解西餐知识。

3、Must be flexible in terms of working hours.

必须在工作时间上灵活安排。

4、Basic understanding of the English language

理解基本英语
