Qualification 任职资质:

1. Must have the right to work in China; does not require sponsorship for employment visa currently and in the future.

2. More than 5 years of painting experience in automobile or large machinery; prefer minimum 2 years of painting experience in airframe, wing and engine; familiar with painting process and painting related equipment and materials.

5年以上汽车或大型机械等喷漆相关经验，2年以上的飞机机身、机翼和发动机专业喷漆经验者优先，熟悉喷漆的工艺流程和喷漆相关设备及材料。

3. Valid type rating maintenance certifications as required for the position.

4. This position requires an individual when working at heights to utilize fall protection equipment that has weight limitations.

5. This position requires the use of respiratory protection as well as other PPE requirements. Applicant must be able to receive the necessary certifications for each PPE requirements.

10. Experience interacting with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters.

Responsibilities 岗位职责:

1. Perform painting to pre-delivery airplanes to include but not limited to free-form painting, full body MICA paint jobs, gradient fade, blend fade, and decal applications to achieve unique livery requirements. Develop sequence, plan and implement all elements necessary to insure quality processes for complete painting of multiple in sequence commercial airplanes.

对预交付飞机进行喷漆，包括但不限于自由形式喷漆、全身MICA喷漆作业、渐变褪色、混合褪色和贴花应用，以实现独特的涂装要求。制定顺序和计划，实施所有必要的元素以确保按顺序完成商用飞机的完整喷涂的质量流程。

2. Make necessary patterns, perform layout and apply prescribed decorative paints and finishes to exterior of commercial airplanes. Control viscosity and adhesive qualities of paint by the proper application of thinners to compensate for prevalent atmospheric condition. Blend finish on areas being reworked by proper removal of pain, surface conditioning, thinning and application of new paint.

4. Ensure cleanliness and proper preparation of surfaces to be painted and apply protective finishes required.
