Works hand in glove with our manufacturing partners in thedevelopment of future products in terms of quality, performance, manufacturing,supply continuity and cost improvement.

?Drive design and development of products by understandingend users’ needs and by working on continuous innovation

Evaluate capital expenditure requests and makerecommendations

?Identify the best materials and approaches to effectivelysolve design issues by working closely with our existing and future componentsuppliers

?Ensure implementation and rigor of product developmentprocesses and design control procedures.

?Write detailed technical reports based on designverification analysis/testing for design changes and product design activities.

?Develop and execute test methods which specify measurementequipment, test set-up, measurement systems analysis, and data analysis.

?Provides weekly report on R&D progress

?Develop project schedules and demonstrate strongaccountability for successful completion of projects/programs and teamdeliverables.

?Ensure efficient and effective transition from research todevelopment to high volume manufacturing 

Background Needed

Experience in rotary converting, preferably in themanufacturing of wound care products

Good comprehension of components and their functions

Excellent diplomatic skills, able to influence the work andbehavior of our manufacturing partners

Good communication skills in English
