工作职责:

1. Communicate with clients and convert their study request or study design to actual study protocol.

2. Work closely with internal functional groups to oversee overall study conduct and ensure study execution.

3. Analyze all data (in vitro ADME, in vivo PK, BA and met ID) using scientific software, in order to generate study summary and report.

4. Review study result, provide input about study outcome and deliver report to the client.

任职资格:

1. Minimum a master degree holder with 3+ years of industry experiences, or a PhD degree holder, ideally with oversea education background, in the field of in vitro ADME, in vivo PK, bioanalysis and met ID.

2. Exposure to drug discovery and development process, hands-on experiences and knowledge of in vitro ADME, in vivo PK, bioanalysis and met ID.

3. Hands-on experience with pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic data analyses using WinNonlin and potentially, other data analysis software; experience with performing allometric scaling is a plus.

4. Excellent written and oral communication skills including good presentation skills.

5. Experience with Medchem programs and CFDA/FDA IND filing is a plus.

6. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

1. Work with all functional groups to offer technical support to the study design, quotation, and conduct; move studies forward with sense of urgency: thinking on behalf of client.

2. Pull high value on technical input from technical staff that actually perform the actual study.

3. Exhibit superior verbal and written communication skills and exhibit superior interpersonal and leadership skills as necessary to ensure study activities conducted by multiple groups are executed smoothly and according to the protocol.

4. Effectively manage multiple studies and review and deliver final report in a timely manner to serve the client.

5. Be able to work independently on assigned studies under minimal supervision.

6. Provide support for both drug discovery and development DMPKs; lead or coordinate cross BU integrated programs.
