I. Training executing - Outside: 外部培训

1.Develop and approach training strategy for company business purpose. 为公司的经营目标发展与制定培训策略。

2.Execute all kinds of oriented training with business requirements. 执行各种业务需求为导向的培训。

3.Update training material, records and evaluation in time. 及时更新培训教材，并进行记录存档以及评价培训反馈。

II.Training executing - Inside: 内部培训

1.Provide efficient and effective oriented training activities. 提供切实有效的入职培训。

2.Prepare and provide special training following requirements of other departments. 根据其他部门的需求准备和提供特别培训。

3.Communicate and cooperate with colleagues of HKG, HSG, HCL, HBL, CAL, HSE, etc. on product training and technical information update. 与HKG, HSG, HCL,HBL,CAL,HSE等其他海拉公司的同事沟通有关产品的培训事宜以及进行技术信息更新。

III.Training management and hotline service: 培训管理和服务热线

1.Develop and update training material according to the market need. 根据市场需求开发和更新培训材料。

2.Manage the technical trainers’ team. 管理技术培训团队。

3.Develop and manage the hotline team, ensure to provide the high quality hotline service externally. 发展并管理热线团队，确保对外提供优质的服务热线。

4.Support the introduction of the technical data actively. 积极引进技术数据。

2003 Foundation of HCDL in Changchun for Develop. Lighting; Foundation of JV BSL in Beijing for Auto Lighting with SamLip;
2004 Foundation of HSDE in Shanghai for Develop. Electronics; Foundation of JV HAE for Relays in Xiamen ; Foundation of HAIS;
2005-2006 Restructuring and re-organizing of Hella business in China : 100% Hella ownership of HCL and HSE; Merger of HCL with HCDL and HSE with HSDE.

2003: 在长春成立汽车灯具研发中心 ; 在北京成立针对汽车灯具的合资企业北京三立
2004: 在上海成立汽车电子研发中心 ; 在厦门成立合资公司海拉宏发电子 ; 上海成立海拉上海服务公司
2005-2006: 重组海拉在中国的业务 : 长春海拉和上海海拉电子实现独资；合并长春海拉和长春灯具研发中心；合并海拉电子和电子研发中心
