1. 日常收集品牌及同行业的最新资讯与流行趋势及调查；

2. 协助客户经理完成项目提案或团队内部工作；

3. 整合协调内部资源，仔细完成团队内部的各类报表和文档；

4. 供应商沟通与管理、针对项目及时跟进，并与团队内部相关负责人沟通，确保各个进度顺利完成；

5. 协助客户经理完成内部协调项目号申请以及预算制作，并及时完成物料采购及相应的内部流程；

6. 负责制作管理，保证质量符合客户需求。

7. 项目执行职责，包括执行前准备及现场执行（执行手册拟定、供应商协调、现场进度控制与汇报、人员管理及后勤安排）、且对完成的项目制作总结报告。

任职要求：

1. 本科或以上学历，优先考虑广告、市场营销和公关专业；

2. 1~3年以上广告 、市场营销及公关公司的工作经历；优先考虑曾经服务过奢侈品行业、洋酒类、时尚行业的候选人；

3. 具有快速学习能力并有良好的团队合作意识；

4. 能够自我激励并以结果为导向，对市场营销行业充满热情与抱负；

5. 具有良好的英语读写及会话沟通能力；

6. 抗压能力强、性格开朗、且能适应工作中必要的加班和差旅。
