岗位职责:

? Monitor specimen collection, identification, transport, storage, and processing to ensure quality of specimen before testing.
? Prepare reagents, standards and controls according to prescribed procedures.
? Performs tests and sample analysis in all areas of clinical chemistry, hematology& Blood bank, microbiology, immunology and Body fluid analysis etc.
? Perform quality control to ensure proper function of instruments ,reagents ,and procedure.
? Recognize instrument malfunction and out of control test results and know how to resolve problem.
? Maintains test equipment and instruments , follow the established procedures.
? Provide consultation for the physicians and nurses related to laboratory tests, accepts the complaints, and initiates corrective actions
? Assist group leader to train new employees the laboratory techniques and write orientation protocols.
? Gives lectures on lab test techniques or related diseases in laboratory
? Participates in education class and continuing education programs, Attends workshops, Seminars, and lectures to keep current on new instrumentation , techniques and procedures as assigned by the manager and group leader.
? Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned from manager and group leader.
