岗位职责:

Responsibilities:
1. Works with Director of Family Counseling Center to ensure adequate coverage and continuity of care
2. Provides the same level of service regardless of patient background.
3. Keeps adequate and timely progress notes and client records.
4. Complies with regulations and standards of performance for quality care
5. Treats patients in a prompt and courteous manner
6. Participates in professional development efforts to keep current on health care trends and practices
7. Maintains strictest confidentiality
8. Following UFH’s commitment to educating the next generation of medical professionals, physicians will be responsible, as part of their ongoing duties, for mentoring, precepting, teaching and supervising UFH fellows or other relevant trainees.
9. Additional job responsibilities as assigned by supervisor, department chair or CMO.
10. Will agree to serve on at least one hospital/clinic committee.
11. Works on quality improvement activities within the department in collaboration with other Internal Medicine physicians and Department Chairperson.
12. Exemplifies highest levels of professionalism and medical ethics in every aspect of his or her work and relationships.

任职资格:

Qualifications:
1. Medical Degree from an accredited institution
2. Residency training in an accredited institution
3. Training or experience doing cross-cultural psychiatry
4. Active licensure in state, province, or country of origin or past residence.
Skills:
1. Skill in psychopharmacology and counseling
2. Skill in exercising initiative, judgment, problem solving, decision-making.
3. Skill in gathering and analyzing data
4. Skill in researching, preparing and presenting comprehensive reports
5. Ability to work effectively with patients, medical and administrative staff, and the public
6. Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
7. Works cooperatively with medical and counseling center staff
8. Level headed, even-tempered and reliable
9. Flexible and friendly
Knowledge:
1. Current standards of practice in psychiatry
2. Medical records, medical dictation, medical communications system.
3. Psychiatric record-keeping
4. Psychiatric inpatient treatment, crisis intervention
