职位描述
主要职责
方向一：负责中国4G / 5G技术PHY/MAC算法研究和系统设计
方向二：负责中国4G / 5G技术相关的移动终端和移动应用的标准化工作
技能、经验要求
1，熟悉无线通信和最新的无线技术，近年的研究领域在大规模天线技术，信道编码，多址技术，毫米波，IoT物联网等方向之一
2，深入了解4G / 5G网络架构，对WCDMA / LTE / NR的PHY / MAC /RLC / PDCP / RCC层基本概念有扎实的理解
3，了解Web / TCP / IP，标准IETF和开源项目优先
4，熟悉CCSA和其他标准组织的工作流程优先
5，有较强的动手能力和丰富的系统建模和性能分析经验, 有较强的程序设计能力，熟悉Matlab、C/C++
6，良好的英语沟通能力，能够用中英文撰写技术文件和文稿
教育背景要求
硕士或博士研究生学历，专业为通信工程、电子、计算机或相关方向，博士研究生优先
