主要职责 
方向一：适用于边缘/终端的机器学习算法的研究和开发
方向二：基于计算机视觉的机器人定位/导航算法的研究和开发
方向三：机器学习软件框架设计、优化、工具开发的全栈软件研发
技能、经验要求 
1，熟悉机器学习中的统计学习理论，深度学习理论、强化学习理论等之一，或掌握机器人定位/导航中SLAM技术，计算机视觉和图像处理，IMU和多传感器融合技术，机器人路径规划、导航和避障等方向之一
2，具有计算机视觉，语音识别（ASR）/ 声音场景检测，自然语言处理/理解（NLP/NLU）， 强化学习及智能体系统，智能传感器技术等方向研究经验的优先
3，熟悉VGG、ResNet、FPN等常用模型，具有模型训练/调优的相关经验，在目标检测/识别/跟踪领域有深入研究优先
4，有较强的程序设计能力，熟悉Python及其科学计算包、Tensor Flow/Pytorch/Caffe/MXNET, 有使用GP-GPU/Open CUDA经验优先
5，方向三要求具有编译、执行、性能分析，评估及优化等软件技能
6，良好的英语沟通能力，能够用中英文撰写技术文件和文稿
教育背景要求 
硕士或博士研究生学历，专业为通信工程、电子、计算机或相关方向，博士研究生优先
