岗位职责：

1、协助销售订单处理，货期跟踪，发货安排等；

2、协助销售进行合同的签订整理归档；

3、协助销售完成与客户的对账、结算、开票等；

4、确认客户的回款情况，根据回款情况通知仓库放货；

5、根据每天的订单情况，完成库存报表的管理工作；

6、每月与仓库进行费用对账与库存的核对；

7、其他部门行政类工作的支持等

岗位要求：

1. 大学专科以上学历，有财务上岗证者优先考虑；

2. 1-2年销售助理或销售支持工作经历；

3. 认真细致，有耐心，原则性强；思路清晰，有条理，善于沟通；

4. 熟练使用各类办公软件及相关办公设备。

薪资待遇：

1. 试用期2个月，工资 税前6000元；

2. 转正后工资 税前7000元。
