主要职责

1.芯片新品开发的自动测试方案制定;
2.与芯片设计及相关团队共同制定与审查芯片规格参数表;
3.为高通各种系统芯片基于不同的测试平台开发相应的自动测试解决方案（硬件和软件）;
4.在自动测试平台上进行芯片产品测试和特性分析并和芯片设计团队共同审核测试数据;
5.在自动测试平台和实验室测试平台之间进行测试数据一致性分析和改善;
6.量产程序发布和工程改善;
7.失效芯片分析和自动测试覆盖率提高。
技能、经验要求 

1.熟悉数字电路，模拟电路，射频电路基础以及信号处理基本原理；
2.熟悉数理统计基本原理；
3.有一定的VB，C或者Perl/Python的软件开发经验；
4.对电路设计和布局布线有一定的了解和经验；
5.有较强的分析和解决问题的能力；
6.有较强的自我激励意识，快速学习的能力和团队合作精神；
7.具备良好的英语口头及书面沟通能力。

教育背景要求

 电子，通信，计算机等相关专业，本科及以上学历，硕士优先
